A: You can easily check your balance by going to our Gift Card page and scrolling down, entering your card number and the 5- or 6-digit pin.

Q: Can I use my gift card in the Einstein Bros. App?

A: To use a gift card when ordering ahead on the Einstein Bros. app or online, please contact us to have the card’s value added to your Rewards Account—be sure to include the full gift card number and the email or phone number linked to your account. If you don’t have a Rewards Account, gift cards can’t currently be redeemed for online or in-app orders, but we’re working to improve the ordering experience.
